Coming Back to Word Wilderness in 2021

Hello readers,

If you haven’t noticed, I have not been active on my blog for the past couple of months. The stress of dealing with work, classes, and some unexpected health issues made blogging impossible to keep up with. I’m starting to feel better, but I’ve decided to use the rest of December to plan and get ahead on posts instead of jumping back in right away. I will start posting again beginning January 1st with a 2020 wrap up post and will go from there.

What will change about Word Wilderness?

Mostly nothing. I don’t want to make any big changes and overwhelm myself. I will focus on posting more reviews and participating in more blogging memes/challenges. If I’m feeling up to it, I might create some new winter-themed headers to include in my blog posts.

What will my posting schedule be?

I’m going to continue with the bi-weekly posting schedule that I never keep up with (yikes). Hopefully, with the extra planning and a break from school, I will have enough time to get used to the schedule.

Also, thank you to all my fellow book bloggers for making the past few months easier. I haven’t been able to read full books in a while, but getting to see everyone’s content has brought so much joy and inspiration. Hopefully, I’ll get out of this slump soon so I can start reading all of the lovely books you’ve recommended.

May your days be full of magic and dragons,

Peyton

Good luck with your reading and blogging in 2021. I think 2020 has been tough for everyone and this year definitely threw my reading and blogging off for a few months.
