Hello Readers,
The past month flew by and before I knew it, we’d come to the end of my second year of Wyrd and Wonder. The event was just as fantastic as I remembered. Thanks to Imyril, Lisa, and Jorie for hosting! They have great content all year round so make sure to check out their blogs.

I felt like I was falling behind in my posts during May, but looking back I finished 9 posts which I’m really happy about! I also ended up reading a total of 6 books, 4 of which were fantasy.

Books Completed in May

  • A Reaper at the Gates (An Ember in the Ashes #3) by Sabaa Tahir – ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐/2
  • Meet Cute Diary by Emery Lee – ⭐⭐⭐⭐
  • The Empress of Salt and Fortune (Singing Hills Cycle #1) by Nghi Vo – ⭐⭐⭐⭐
  • When the Tiger Came Down the Mountain (Singing Hills Cycle #2) by Nghi Vo – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
  • The Bone Shard Daughter (The Drowning Empire #1) by Andrea Stewart – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
  • The Broken Girls by Simone St. James – ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really like all of the books I read this month, and am happy to report that two of them ended up being 5-star reads!

Blog Posts Completed in May

While I was busy writing all my posts, I fell behind on reading other blogs. Thankfully, Imyril and Lisa managed to round up everyone’s posts for Wyrd and Wonder.

Now that Wyrd and Wonder is over, I’ve started working on my summer plans. I have a lot of great books to read and review this month and an exiting summer feature to announce later this week!

Happy reading,

    1. It’s really good! It took me a while to get into because there are a lot of POVs to keep track of at the beginning (and I know others felt the same) but it’s 100% worth a read!
